Cord cutting ceremonies can take many different forms, depending on the person and their beliefs or traditions. Some people may choose to do a meditation or visualization exercise, while others may use physical objects like scissors or a knife to symbolically cut the cords. We will discuss the different types of rituals and how you can create your own.
