This year I turned 61. I don't feel that age and yes I have some health concerns but I am not a victim. In fact, with each passing day, I
meditate and journal to clear up any old lingering habits of thought that I have been taught or encounter in my day. Allowing health and well-being to flow to me. Listening to Spirit and my Soul's guidance to break through beliefs that no longer serve me. I notice my body's ability to heal and I support it in many ways, including my visits with my doctor as needed. I understand that my Soul's life experience will include some health adventures but it isn't anything we can't move through together.
Does the idea of growing old with aches and pains and all the other things that our medical community would love us to believe we are not able to escape worry you? Deterioration of our body is a result of the thoughts we hold. Fear, worry, anger, hate, all weigh heavy on our bodies ability to stay healthy.
Not so sure about that? Get your hands on one of Louise Hay's books, particularly, Heal Your Body A-Z. Louise is a woman who devoted her life to the connection between resistant thoughts and illness.
Trust in the message your body sends to you. Have something going on? Look it up and see if you can't see the correlation between some persistent negative thought pattern you have and the physical manifestation you have going on.
You really don't have to believe any of this. You can continue to hold your old beliefs that you are a victim of old age, heredity and the environment. But I have one question for you. How is that working for you?
