  • Show up each week.
  • Say hello.
  • Mute your microphone
  • Turn off your camera 
  • Write or work on other areas of readying your book for publishing.
  • Ask questions about the process of publishing.
  • Take a break at the one hour mark
  • Continue or call it a day
  • That's it!!
