Our thoughts roam around all day long, and more often than not, they are on things that take us away from feeling fulfilled and happy.
The only reason you would not find yourself in a place of excitement, awe, expectation and love, is that you are putting your attention on things that separate you from who you really are.
Who are you? Excitement, awe, expectation, joy, peace, happiness and appreciation. Yes, at your core, your Soul’s vibration feels like these emotions. It is who you truly are.
If your attention is not in alignment with who you are for any length of time, you will not feel good. It may just add to the pile of confusion and frustration that you are already in. It can feel like fear, disappointment or anger. These emotions are very important indicators for you. Embrace where you are right now. What is the emotion you are holding? What was the thought you had? Where were you focusing your attention? Then find yourself on the scale of emotions and begin to work your way up just a couple emotions at a time. Working with an emotions list, in time, will help you to find yourself resonating with who you truly are. Joy, Love and Appreciation. Maybe not right now. Maybe not tomorrow. But soon. Right now, just focus on the relief. The relief of letting go of the emotion you are in right now by holding a different feeling thought.
