Feeling Bad About Your Life? Here's How to Feel Better!

Feeling bad about your life? You're not alone. In fact, most people feel like they have no control over their lives. But there's hope!

Remember you are not feeling bad about an experience that has passed. You are feeling bad because of the thoughts you are holding onto about that moment in time.

No matter how justified you feel in having to go back and rehash something, the negative feelings are a result of the turning back and thinking those not so good feeling thoughts again and again.

Stop looking back. Don't do it.

If you must look back and rehash it, do it with the intention of shifting your focus and the thoughts you have to better feeling ones. Ones that let you feel better about the situation. Each time you do that you will begin to soften the feelings you have around that experience. You retrain your mind into a new habit of thought around that subject.

In choosing to do this, you are beginning to be mindful of your thoughts and the feelings you have. In doing that, you begin to recreate the energy ahead of you. That’s right. Letting go of those old negative thoughts around your past, set before you a new life experience.
